Help improve the quality of life and wellbeing of elderly people in your community by connecting them with social and recreational activities. 
As a Central Bayside Community Health Services Volunteer Driver you will be responsible for providing a safe and friendly transport service for clients attending Social Support Groups at Central Bayside sites in Mentone, Clarinda and Edithvale. You will drive a Central Bayside 12 seater mini bus & provide a return transport service by collecting clients from their homes and returning them home again after their activities.   
The shifts are 9.15-10.45 in the morning and 2.30-4.00 in the afternoons. Ideally Volunteer Drivers may be able to cover both the morning and afternoon shifts however there is flexibility should you only be available for one of the shifts. The service operates Monday to Friday and we are looking for drivers available to volunteer on any of these days. Multiple positions are available.
Requirements include
• Victorian Vehicle Drivers Licence
• Demonstrated ability to support aged persons 
• Sound verbal communication skills and ability to liaise with carers and families 
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
Full training and support provided.
