Volunteering has many benefits, it is an ideal way of getting to know your local community members, helping others, using existing skills and learning new skills.
General administration - customer service(phone and counter), filing, photocopying, data entry(excel) and other computer tasks, assisting coordinators with various duties. Experience with Microsoft required.
Advertising - ensure notice boards are up to date, assist with social media, check flyers are current and restocked, collecting information for Mailchimp. To help promote centre activities. Experience with Microsoft required, marketing skills preferred but not essential.
These roles are based at the Chelsea Heights Community Centre. Volunteers report to centre coordinators.
