Amanda K Fitness provide health and fitness services. No matter what each individual's goals is, Amanda can assist in achieving these goals whilst staying safe and having fun along the way.
Amanda offers her services to people of all ages and can accommodate your needs based not only on your goals, but can also work around any pre-existing injuries or conditions you may have and develop a customised training program to address any rehabilitation that you may require.
Services can be provided on a personal level of 1:1, or 2:1 (bring a friend), or small group training of up to 6 participants.
Any new participants will be interviewed and asked to complete a pre-exercise questionnaire to identify the client's needs and ensure that Amanda is prepared with sufficient information to customise each session safely, with the client's health and goals in mind.
