Better Health Network (BHN) is a not-for-profit community health organisation that has been formed by the voluntary amalgamation of Central Bayside Community Health Services (CBCHS), Connect Health & Community and Star Health.BHN provides a wide range of services to support our community.

Better Health Network (BHN) is a not-for-profit organisation providing a wide range of services to deliver better health, wellbeing and support for our community.
For people with more complex health needs, BHN provides coordinated care. This means we work together, and in partnership with clients, to develop care plans to support recovery and wellness.
As a client, you may meet one of our highly valued volunteers, who are an important part of our quality service delivery, especially in the areas of disability services, social support groups, adult exercise groups and the Meaningful Connections volunteer program.

Our health, dental and child services are available from our Parkdale, Chelsea and Clarinda sites. Disability services are located at our Cheltenham, Parkdale, Edithvale and Clayton South sites. Aged care services are available at our site in Mentone.
