CCC is supported by funding from a number of organisations. These include Adult Community and Further Education (ACFE), the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), the Department of Education and Training, and the City of Kingston. Through a contract with Melbourne Polytechnic, CCC is one of the largest community providers of the Adult Migrant English Program (AMEP).
CCC believes in working together in partnerships with local agencies, community-minded organisations and businesses, and government to provide the best possible service and programs to the community. CCC enjoys a positive working relationship with Southern Community Church of Christ (SCCC) to deliver community festivals, improve facilities for community programs, and work on special projects, such as the "Soul Cafe".
All programs are conducted by highly qualified and experienced staff while the governance of CCC is overseen by a volunteer Board of Governance.
