The Friends of Mentone Station & Gardens Inc. was established in 2002, to improve the train station and its gardens, to be a source of community pride and to appreciate and preserve this significant, local historical asset.

We aim to give back to our community and make the Mentone Station precinct a pleasant place for all to enjoy.

We welcome people of all ages; we are mainly retirees but are particularly pleased to welcome young people to join our group.

We hold monthly working bees with very light duties of cleaning up and weeding around the station and gardens. If you are unable to assist with working bees but would still like to be involved you can also join as a member and added to our membership list to swell our voice in the community. Membership is only $5.00 per year.
