We have 1,200 members who collect and restore old radios, typically from the 1920s to 1960s. No technical knowledge or previous experience required. If you like old radios, we will help you to make an impressive collection!

The Historical Radio Society of Australia has 1,200 members who collect and restore old radios, typically from the 1920s to 1960s.

Members enjoy advice, circuits, access to 50,000 valves, Meetings, Sales, Auctions, Events and a superb 64 page full-colour quarterly Magazine.

Every few years we host Australia's largest Historical Radio display, with the most recent Melbourne event held in the Kingston Town Hall Moorabbin. 

Membership is just $40 a year, including the circuit service, access to 50,000 valves, plus access to member's only Auctions and events and the quarterly colour magazine. Membership contact details are below, including our Website. 

The HRSA is considered the authority on Vintage Radios and assists Museums and other organisations. 

No technical knowledge or previous experience required. If you like old radios, we will help you to make an impressive collection! 

We are sure you will like our meetings, with lots of natter about old radios and meeting people who worked in the industry or love old radios. 

Annual subscription, including the quarterly Radio Waves magazine, is July to June, and only $40 in Australia, (overseas A$60).
