Food For Change is a not for profit charity who takes unused land and grows fresh food for those in need

Food For change is a local charity who's aim is to grow food from unused land and distribute to those in need. With over 43,000 people each month being turned down by food relief agencies our mission is to grow as much food as possible and we would love your help!

What we are looking for are volunteers on a weekly basis to join us for garden work. No experience is necessary and the work will vary from weeding, planting, picking and general garden tasks.

The time is from 9am to 2pm every Wednesday and you can come and go as you please.

We also have regular working bees on a Saturday/Sunday throughout the year.
