This group will use journals, artwork, poetry, movement and relaxation to develop a more positive relationship with ourselves.
Most people struggle with feelings of being less than others in some regard. Self judgement may be in relation to their job, their appearance, their relationships, their education...feeling like they are failing in some way is a common and unpleasant experience for many people. These feelings can prevent us from making new choices that support us.
In this group we will examine how we got to this point...we will use journals, artwork, poetry, movement and relaxation to develop a more positive relationship with ourselves...and begin a new journey.
This course is run by a trained art therapist.
