Effective exercise for health, mind and body, emphasising on posture alignment and co-ordination.

Originating in ancient China, Tai Chi is one of the most effective exercises for health, mind and body.  Health benefits include; a means for dealing with tension and stress.  It also emphasises posture, core muscles, alignment and co-ordination.  Classes cater for all ages, beginners and people undergoing the recovery process (sitting in a chair).

Qi Gong is the art of moving and regulating Qi (energy) by aligning the mind, body and breath.  The practice of Qi Gong helps to provide physical exercise, relaxation, meditation, improved balance, greater flexibility, reduction of stress levels and much more.
