Join Tam, Professional Movement Coach/Personal Trainer who will discuss movement problems you may have and provide exercises to improve strength, balance, posture and co-ordination.

The average person's muscle strength declines 30% from age 50-70. This program will help seniors stay stronger for longer, move better and live better.
