A carefully guided practice coordinating movement with the breath-paying attention to the sensations in the body as we move.

Yoga is a mindful practice that respects boundaries with self compassion and kindness.

All levels welcome. BYO water bottle and yoga mat.

Our resident instructor Sofia undertook her first yoga teacher training course in 2006 and starting teaching in 2008. Since then, Sofia has gained qualifications to teach Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Chair Yoga, Seniors Yoga, Meditation, Pilates, and individualised Yoga Therapy sessions.
