Hatha Yoga promotes health, and wellbeing.

Be guided through a series of gentle postures, stretches, balancing positions, breathing and relaxation practices.

 BYO mat and blanket and wear loose and comfortable clothing.  Please have approval from your doctor if you have any pre-existing medical conditions.

Classes will resume in term 4 - 6th/7th October 

Term 10 weeks
