In today's busy life, you are invited to take some time to unwind through the practice of Yoga.

Pink Lotus Yoga, facilitated by Karen Tully is a wonderful way to help anyone to let go and unwind on a regular basis. The practice of Yoga benefits anyone by improving their lifestyle, well-being and health.

A small group of like-minded people gather for an hour either Monday morning or Wednesday lunchtime in our small Chapel which provides muted lighting, warmth and peace. 

It doesn't matter if you have never tried Yoga before - Karen will gently teach the benefits and you can move at your own pace. Males and females are invited. 

You are welcome to enjoy a cuppa afterwards and a quiet chat if you desire.
