We are offering a free 9-week parenting group to support parents in connecting with their children and understanding their development and behaviour.

We are offering a free 9-week parenting group to support parents in connecting with their children and understanding their development and behaviour. Utilising the world-renowned Solihull Approach, parents/carers will explore topics such as:

How are you and your child feeling?
Developmental needs
Responding to your child’s feelings
Parenting styles
Having fun together
Interactions and sleep
Self-regulation and anger
How to recover when things go wrong

This program will be held in a mixed-delivery method format with some sessions in person held at Parkdale Family and Children’s Centre and some held online via Zoom.

Anyone who is a parent/carer of children between 0-8, and living, working or studying in the City of Kingston can attend.
