Chelsea SES Volunteer Member
Volunteers are fully trained in first aid, Work Health & Safety as well as all areas that SES are asked to assist the community with. All uniforms and safety equipment is supplied as is all training. You will need to complete a Police Check and once approved, you will begin 12 weeks of fundamentals before undertaking the General Rescue course to make you fully operational. The SES has many roles outside of operational members, so if you think that you can bring some skills to us but don't want to be running around in storms at 3am, there is still plenty that you can offer. Book Keeping and accountancy skills, IT skills, PR skills and a million and one others. If you think you could look good in orange, why not give it a try.
