Education Support Program Coordinator

Do you have a special interest in education?  Are you passionate about making sure people get a fair go?  Do you enjoy speaking with people from all backgrounds?  Do you enjoy collaborating with others to achieve a common goal?  And do you have a couple of spare hours each month?

If you answered 'yes' to any of these questions, you may be just the person we are looking for!

Bayside Community Information & Support Service Inc. (BayCISS) is continuing to grow its support services creating a new volunteer opportunity at our Information & Support Service site in Hampton East.  

Our Education Support Program has been specifically designed to work with our local schools who identify families in need of financial assistance to ensure students remain engaged in the school environment, by providing funds to support extracurricular activities.  The program is also expanding to work with the State School Relief fund with additional supports and applications.

The program will also allow the successful applicant to work with potential funding bodies, philanthropic funds and local governments to secure essential funding to assist families meet the demands of education expenses.

This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual to work with schools, families, individuals and financial supporters of this program to achieve positive outcomes for local familes.
